Removing you from office in 2027 polls is our primary agenda, Gachagua tell Ruto
The former impeached Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has said he will galvanise the opposition troops as a priority to remove his former boss, President William Ruto from office in 2027 presidential polls.
“We have a plan, and the most urgent is to remove you from office. Plan A is to remove you from office, plan B is to restore the dignity of the pay slip…we have many plans but to remove you is a prerequisite.” Gachagua said.
Gachagua made the remarks while speaking during a Church Service at Gospel Confirmation Centre in Machakos Town constituency.
He asked the people of Ukambani region to unite with the people of central Kenya and form a formidable alliance to remove Ruto from office.
The former DP has assured the residents of Ukambani that they will form the next government together with other likeminded Kenyans only if they unite under the GEMA banner.
Gachagua also requested the region to unite under the wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka promising to work together with Kalonzo in the 2027 elections.
The former Deputy President has also added that the residents of Ukambani have been left behind in terms of development and they have every reason to form the next government.
Gachagua has as well continued his onslaught on President William Ruto saying that he is desperate to get support from Raila Odinga can do anything to ensure that he survives under his armpits.
He has also added that the opposition will continue calling out his unpopular government despite the president’s call that they (opposition) have no agenda.
On the consultations meetings being held by Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, Gachagua has said that the money being distributed in the meetings are proceeds of corruption while asking Kenyans to get their share and not allow themselves to be compromised by the loot.
The former DP has, however, asked the Ukambani residents to register as voters in big numbers to ensure that their numbers count in the next general elections.
He was accompanied by his spouse Pastor Dorcas Rigathi, national leaders and also local leaders.
