Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) Coordination Board now has 21 days to respond to a case filed by Kalonzo Musyoka
Foundation challenging the decision by the Board to freeze the foundation’s Bank accounts.
Justice Roselyne Aburili, directed the board to file within the response within 21 days and the matter will be mentioned on July 31 to confirm compliance and take a date for hearing.
