Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said One Kenya Alliance Coalition remains resolute in pursuing all available avenues in the push to invalidate the announcement of William Ruto as the president-elect by Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairperson Wafula Chebukati.
Kalonzo further called on unity even as the coalition progressed in its chart of seeking justice.
“The most important matter is to stand in solidarity and to stand together. In fact we have sung that nchi hii bado ni mapambano hadi haki ipatikane (in this country it’s a contest until we find justice),” Wiper leader said while issuing an address at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
The coalition has the majority of parliamentarians in the National Assembly and in the Council of Governors. This is a key factor in maintaining control, as the likelihood of elected leaders from the affiliate parties that joined Azimio decamping to the Kenya Kwanza Alliance is quite possible.
Kalonzo exuded confidence in the course of action the coalition members discussed.
