Mount Kenya University (MKU), Nairobi Campus has unveiled a state-of-the-art call centre.
The call centre is located at MKU Towers and is one of the modern approaches to transforming students’ experience.
Apart from enhancing digital career services to students and recruitment services, the facility is also set to revolutionalise operations and interfaced linkages across all MKU universities.
It was officially opened by MKU Principal Coordination of Campuses, Quality Management and Data Governance Nahashon Mwirigi who was joined by MKU Nairobi Campus director Charles Karuga and other campus officials.
