Jamie Loden has been appointed by Diamond Trust Bank Kenya Limited as the new chief operating officer.
Loden has been credited as an executive leader with vast local and global experience across both commercial and non-commercial settings.
“I am passionate about the role of technology in optimizing business operations and enhancing customer delivery to customers,” said Loden.
His previous engagements in the banking sector saw him serve in different roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Regional Operations.
DTB is a leading regional bank, listed in the Nairobi Security exchange.
On Tuesday the bank announced a pre-tax profit of Sh.6.6 billion for the year that ended on December 2021, a rise of 42 per cent from the previous year.
The bank’s group asset stood at Sh.457 billion, that rose from 7 per cent in 2021 while customers recorded Sh.331 billion, which was 11 per cent above the previous year.
The bank also announced Sh.3 per share dividends that reflected a pay out ratio of 22 per cent which was recorded the highest in over 10 years.
