Nominated Solicitor General Shadrack Mose to be vetted on Thursday
The National Assembly has set the vetting of Solicitor General nominee Shadrack Mose to Thursday, February 23.
According to a gazette notice, the former Kitutu Msaba Member of Parliament will appear before the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the aforementioned date at 10.00 am.
He will be required to present his certificates including an Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) certificate, Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), and Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
He will also need to have a clearance from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and one from the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP).
If approved, he will succeed the former Solicitor General Ken Ogeto
