KNUN accuses Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital of delaying to register signed CBA

The nurses’ union officials have also accused the management of Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) of delaying to register the CBA that was signed between them and the union.

They also accused the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) of doing a shoddy job evaluation and downgrading the Job Group of nurses by two grades.

“The union rejects the position of the salaries commission in under grading nurses to subordinate staff,” said Opetu during a press conference on Friday.

He called on all the nurses from the referral hospital to remain firm on the strike until their demands are met.
