The family of a 16 year old girl is crying for justice for their daughter after she was defiled and impregnated by a person well known to them yet no action has been taken against him.
The 16-year-old Leah Ngendo who is a form one student at Njenga Karume secondary school in Molo was allegedly defiled by a person identified as Joseph immediately she sat for her K.C.P.E exams last year.
The victim has been forced to drop out of school after she realized that she was three months pregnant.
The victim narrated that they started the relationship with the culprit when she was in class 8
‘He bought me a phone and used to give me money when he owned a hotel at Muchorwi trading centre,” she said.
Her brother who is also her guardian Fredrick Thuo said last year, he had reported the matter to the police, but no action was taken.
