Embattled Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been freed on Sh200,000 cash bail or Sh500,000 bond by a Kibera court after denying charges of assaulting a voter on August 8.
The MP was re-arrested on Wednesday shortly after he was released on bail after spending two nights in police custody over utterances he allegedly made against President Uhuru Kenyatta.
