A Man in Garissa has been sentenced to serve 20 years in jail for defiling a 15-year-old girl.
According to the Director of Public Prosecution, the teenage girl was walking to a camp to seek refuge after being displaced by floods when Yussuf Imani offered her a motorcycle ride.
However, instead of Imani taking her to the camp, he sped off into a bush where he allegedly did the heinous act.
Imani is also said to have forced the girl to wash off the mess using dirty flood water.
