Interior PS Karanja Kibicho on his part has warned media owners and practitioners to desist from announcing General Election before official IEBC results are announced.
He said that if not well governed the media can ignite violence the same way they did in 2007 General Election.
He warned that those who will be found inciting violence the government will move in and switch off their broadcast.
‘’We can’t allow few individuals to burn our country this election, freedom must come with responsibility, as a government we will not sit down and allow a section of the media burn the country’’. He warned.
