The High Court has ordered a paternity test for the late former Prisons boss Isaiah Osugo in a case filed by a woman who claims he sired two children with her.
Julia Kamuyu Kamuiru filed an application early this week asking the court to order that samples be taken from the late prison boss for DNA tests on her two kids.

The court however did not stop the burial preparations and will continue as scheduled after Osugo’s family lawyer Danstan Omari told the court that the family is not in charge of the burial of the body but the prison authority which is handling the burial.
The court heard that the body has since left Lee funeral for burial in Kisii tomorrow.
