Facebook has built itself into a linchpin platform with messaging, livestreaming, virtual reality and many other digital services.

Still, for many businesses, creators and advertisers who rely heavily on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, should consider expanding their reach via other sales channels to restrict disruption.

Social commerce contributes around 30 per cent of earnings for businesses while 30-40 per cent are from e-marketplaces.

Businesses can now embrace creating email marketing and creating a website.

By customizing email marketing businesses are more likely to capture a new customer’s attention and extend the lifetime value of current customers.

Google is also one of those parroted marketing tips.

A business that completely fleshes-out Google My Business page (GMB) gives it a chance to promote their business and can even boost their local search rankings.

GMB page provides options to link a business’ website, phone number, direct message, business hours, questions and Answers, and other such business information.
