Rachier calls for calm and order in K’Ogalo Technical Bench
K’Ogalo Chairman Ambrose Rachier expressed concerns about the growing rift and lack of professionalism in the team and demanded for an immediate change

Gor Mahia FC Technical bench and playing unit have been warned that it is only unity, order and discipline is what will help accelerate good results and title push.
K’Ogalo Chairman Ambrose Rachier expressed concerns about the growing rift and lack of professionalism in the team and demanded for an immediate change.
This is following the much talked about fallout between Croatian tactician Sinisa Mihic and his assistants Zedekiah Otieno and Michael Nam; with their differences spilling to the open even as the 48 year old who replaced Brazilian Coach Leonardo Neiva accused members of his own bench of sabotage.
“I visited the team to address emerging issues that is worrying to the fans and officials. There have been reports of friction on the bench which is not ideal. I have spoken to the bench and they know what we expect and for me unity is important. I have also had engagement with players individually and we emphasized on discipline.”
“The gist of our message is that we must be one in this club and it has to be reflected to both playing unit and technical bench. I have called for a meeting with the Executive Committee to address some of these challenges and issues arising with a view of fi8nding solutions. We have a goal to achieve and so we need no distractions,” stated the City lawyer who was recently re-elected to his post.
On his part, Coach Mihic who has been in the news mostly for his antics on the touchline has agreed to move on and work for the interest of the club.
“Football is emotions and sometimes tensions will be seen. Some things happened that I did not like but we have discussed internally on how to move forward. We are strong and believe in ourselves and we want to achieve great things.”
Meanwhile newly elected Secretary-General of GMFC Nick Arum has stated that the ticketing fiasco will be sorted so that the club optimizes on gate collection.”
We have had issues in that sector and it is about time we change things.
At some points, fans lost interest because of the scam in ticketing department but we will fix it.
Our members are our customers and it is about time they take charge. Even branches will be instrumental in this issue but it about time the club benefits directly without games. A lot of money has been squandered but we will look at ways of salvaging the situation.”
