Prime suspect in murder of three children in Eldoret fails to take plea

The prime suspect in the killing of three kids of Kapsoya Kanu MCA
 aspirant James Nyambane was today denied a chance to take plea in
 connection with their brutal murder by an Eldoret High court after it
emerged that he had no lawyer to represent him in the matter.

Following the new twist of event, Justice George Kimondo ruled that 
plea taken by the suspect, Enock Onsanse, 26 be differed to a later
 date pending a request by the Deputy High Court registrar to look for
 him a lawyer.

He directed that the suspect be remanded at Eldoret GK prison until
 June 14 when he will be brought back to court to take plea in the
 killing of the three children.
