NASA writes to police to ask for protection during anti-IEBC demos

NASA has written to Nairobi police commander Japheth Koome asking for security ahead of the Monday and Friday demonstrations.

The Opposition called for nationwide demonstrations against IEBC and Jubilee MPs’ attempts to change election laws ahead of the October 26 poll.

Raila Odinga, in a press conference on Thursday, said the protests will be held every Monday and Friday starting next week.
