The Kenya Wildlife Service(KWS) on November 23, has warned members of the public against fake appointment letters claimimg to place successful applicants in previously advertised Community Scout jobs.
KWS clarified in a statement that applicants who had applied for the 5, 500 positions to be patient since the shortlisting process and the issuance of appointment letters is yet to start.
“Members of the public who have come across, or are approached with such fraudstars are advised to report the matter to any KWS office across the country or police stations within their jurisdictions,” read the statement.
Kenya Wildlife Service said that it is working with relevant in investigating the matter so as to arrest the culprits.
