Stay vigilant: Co-operative Bank will never ask for your card details over the phone,” the Bank has emphasised.

Customers are urged to hang up immediately if they are suspicious or in doubt about any caller’s authenticity.
“Your security is our top priority. If you receive a message confirming a transaction you didn’t initiate, do not click on any links or respond. Such messages could be malicious attempts to steal your personal information. Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity,” another advisory reads.
