Justin Muturi retains his position as National Assembly Speaker

Justin Muturi has been re-elected National Assembly Speaker in the second round of voting after garnering 220 votes with his only challengers only managing one vote.

In the first round of voting, Speaker Muturi failed to garner the two thirds vote needed for an outright win after receiving 217 votes.
