Putin could go nuclear on Ukraine after bridge blast humiliation, military analysts predict
Military analysts have predicted that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin “could go nuclear” and use weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine after President Volodymyr Zelensky’s men destroyed a vital bridge to Crimea and dealt Russia another setback.
The Kremlin had previously declared that an attack on Crimea would “reach a red line,” but the former commander of the British Army warned that Putin may now choose the Armageddon strategy.
According to a report from The Telegraph last night, General Lord Richard Dannatt also stated that he anticipates Putin to intensify his operations on Ukraine.
The Russian tyrant had previously promised that any attack on the crucial Kerch Strait, which connects seized Crimea to Russia, would result in “judgment day.”
A devastating video captured Putin’s first retaliatory strikes on Ukraine, which included a barrage of missiles raining down on a residential building in Zaporizhzhia, southeast Ukraine.
Early today morning, a series of explosions shook the city, sending towering plumes of lighted smoke into the sky and setting off a string of further explosions.
Following widespread reports that Ukrainian forces had launched an “explosive-laden aquatic device,” probably a drone, that caused the bridge linking Russia and Crimea to collapse into the water, Putin reacted angrily.
As Russia’s war effort continues to sputter, the country’s leader instructed the FSB intelligence service to keep an eye on security on the bridge.
This could be an indication of a dispute between the army and the secret service.
He made the outrageous remarks in his nightly video message that was aired on Telegram, poking fun of the humiliating strike on Putin’s supply line.
“Today was a good and mostly sunny day in our country. Over most of the territory, it was about 20 degrees Celsius and sunny. Unfortunately, it was cloudy in Crimea, although it was still warm. But however the clouds are, Ukrainians know what to do, and they know that our future is sunny. This is the future without invaders, on all our territory, particularly in Crimea,” he remarked.
When a mysterious “wave” was captured on camera, the mystery deepened, leading to speculation that either Ukrainian special forces used a boat or a drone carrying explosives to undertake a strike that disrupted Putin’s supply lines.
At least three people were killed in the explosion, which was blamed on a truck bomb, according to Moscow, which was upset about it.
However, Kyiv was accused of being behind the incident by the speaker of Crimea’s Kremlin-backed regional parliament.
The explosion on the bridge happened hours after blasts early on Saturday morning in Kharkiv, eastern Ukraine, sent smoke plumes into the sky and set off a string of further explosions.
