Governors have congratulated President Uhuru Kenyatta following the Supreme Court’s decision on his October 26 win.
CoG chairman Josphat Nanok said they were looking forward to working with the Jubilee administration to protect devolution’s gains.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Turkana boss asked the national government to allocate adequate resources to counties.
“The Council of Governors wishes your administration success,” Nanok added on behalf of the 47 county governments.
They joined Britain, South Sudan, Uganda and Bangladesh which congratulated Uhuru on his second term victory.
