You don’t need smart card to participate in JP primaries, Waititu tells his supporters

AS party prepare to conduct their primaries, Kiambu gubernatorial aspirant Ferdinand Waititu has told his supporters that they will not be required to have smart cards to participate in the exercise.

He said that one will only be required to have a national identity card and be a registered voter adding that he and his team dubbed United for Kiambu will be extra vigilant during the exercise lest his arch rival, William Kabogo who also set to defend his seat, rigs the nominations.
