Two rugby players Lawrence Frank Wanyama and Alex Mahaga Olaba, who play for Kenya Harlequin Rugby Club have been arraigned in court and charged with gang rape.
It is alleged that on 11th February 2018 at Seefa apartment in High-rise area within Nairobi county the two accused persons jointly intentionally and unlawfully raped an upcoming musician.
The two denied the charge before chief magistrate Francis Andayi.
They have each been granted a cash bail of sh 500,000 or an alternative bond of 1M
The matter will be heard on 16th May.
