Nairobi county will spend Sh32million to improve drainage infrastructure in floods prone areas as a mitigation measures.
The county has also set aside a budget to hire casuals and lease more equipment to deal with current flooding.
Youths will be hired on casual basis program that will provide a response to emergency issues.
