President Ruto to attend church service in Nakuru

President William Ruto is set to attend an interdenominational thanksgiving service at the Nakuru Athletics Club today.

The President accompanied by his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua and First Lady Rachael Ruto and Pastor Dorcas Gachagua is expected to address various issues affecting residents.

Other Kenya Kwanza leaders in attendance include Nakuru governor Susan Kihika who spearheaded preparations ahead of the service.

The service will also be attended by leaders from all 14 Rift Valley counties.

“We are here to check on the preparations of the prayers that we have been arranging for the past several weeks of which the President together with other leaders are expected to attend. We are co-hosting with all counties in the Rift Valley, we are inviting all the great people of Nakuru to come and be with us on Sunday to join us in this thanksgiving prayer,” Kihika had stated.
