NSE CEO Frank Mwiti welcomed the move saying it aligns with the NSE 2025–2029 Strategic Plan, which places strong emphasis on enabling high-potential SMEs, access long-term financing through the capital markets.
“We are delighted with the upcoming listing of SKL Limited on NSE. This listing is a testament to the company’s strong fundamentals and future growth prospects. The listing will also provide the company with unparalleled access to a broad range of both domestic and international investors, creating opportunities foe efficient capital raising to support its expansion strategy, innovation pipeline and longtime value creation,” Mwiti said.
Speaking in February during a pre-launch event, Managing Director Dr Sonvir Singh underscored the importance of public listing.
“The world’s most successful companies are listed.
