Senior Councel and veteran Dr. John Khaminwa has offered to represent fugitive killer cop Caroline Kangogo.
Khaminwa has urged the the runaway cop to surrender before she wound up dead.
“We are ready and willing to represent her (Kangogo) in court. She should not be arrested under any circumstances, maybe she is sick and needs medical attention,” said Khaminwa.
According to the lawyer, Kangogo might not be the one who shot the two men as alleged.
Khaminwa was hired to represent the legal interests of Kangogo by the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
The search for the missing cop entered the ninth day.
Recent reports show that rogue police officers could be protecting Kangogo, frustrating efforts of her arrest.
Kangogo has evaded detectives’ trap for over a week now, after being accused of killing two men in Nakuru and Nairobi.
Kangogo deactivated all her social media accounts after going missing following her murder incidents.
Police believe she has the firearm assigned to Ongweno which had 15 bullets.
Police officers recovered one of her phones dumped in Nakuru after allegedly shooting dead Ogweno.
She was last spotted around Celvet Club in Kahawa Wendani on Wednesday, July 7.
