In the past few days, Kenya Power’s prepaid customers have been experiencing delays in receiving electricity tokens.
Through a short message service, KPLC has acknowledged and apologised for the delay and urged customers to visit their offices instead.
“Dear esteemed customer, we are experiencing delays in the prepaid token generation.You can buy tokens from our banking halls countrywide.”
