Kisii woman, daughter caught pants down dancing at pastor’s gravesite

A Kisii woman and her daughter cheated death by a whisker after they were found allegedly dancing at a pastor’s grave site in South Mugirango, Kisii county.

An agitated mob who had followed closely what the two suspects were doing, immediately accosted them before tying them on top of the mound of soil near the fresh grave site.

Sources said that the two suspects were seized by the group of youths who were keeping vigil at the said compound on Saturday night at 11pm.

The fresh grave according to residents bore the remains of an evangelical cleric popularly in the area identified as Rev Alloys Mogoi.

Mogoi is said to have been buried last Friday.

The incident was confirmed by Ndonyo Location Chief Charles Omwono.

Omwono confirmed the situation had been handled, and the two were saved from the angry mob who sought to lynch them but have since been arrested awaiting further investigations into the matter.
