JKUAT closed following student unrest

The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology has been closed indefinitely following student unrest.

“All students are directed to clear from the main campus by 12pm with immediate effect,” Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology acting VC Robert Kinyua said in a memo to students.

Kinyua in a memo on Monday  said the Senate had in a special meeting that resolved the closure of the institution.
