Huruma OCS Simon Ndeti found dead in his house
The Officer Commanding Station(OCS) of Huruma Police Station, Chief Inspector Simon Ndeti, was on today morning found dead in his house in Huruma, Nairobi.
The cause of his death remains unclear though officers from the Ministry of Health arrived at his home to collect his samples for Covid-19 analysis.
According to his collegues, Ndeti complained of feeling unwell yesterday.
The OCS was living alone in his Huruma house, which is adjacent to the police station.
Ndeti was recently transferred to the current posting from Karatina Police Station in Nyeri County, where he was serving in the same capacity.
Ndeti’s death comes two weeks after that of his Lang’ata counterpart Kabii who is said to have succumbed to Covid-19 complications.
Kabii passed on at Langata Hospital while receiving treatment.
