The High Court has temporarily lifted a ban on NASA protests in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu.
Acting Interior CS Fred Matiang’i banned protests in the CBDs of the three counties.
But Justice Chacha Mwita on Tuesday also issued temporary orders stopping police and the DPP from arresting and prosecuting NASA CEO Norman Magaya.
The matter is set for inter parties hearing on October 25.
