President Uhuru Kenyatta’s protocol team is said to have blocked hangers-on seeking to have a photo session with the Head of State during the ongoing Dubai 2020 Expo at the United Arab Emirates.
The group is said to be working extra hard to be photographed together with the President but their attempts have so far flopped.
