Detectives have arrested a Constable of Police John Ouko attached to Langas Police Station for allegedly sodomising a 20 years old student enrolling at Eldoret National Polytechnic.
The officer is said to have apprehended the victim yesterday for not wearing a face mask on around 4.30pm.
Instead of taking him to the police station, the officer is said to have handcuffed the suspect-cum-victim and took him to his house where he committed the heinous act before giving him Sh200.
The student made a report Langas Police Station.
He was taken to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) where a medical examination report confirmed the allegations.
The officer has since arrested.
