Co-op Bank Kenya receive Excellence in Customer Experience award
Co-operative Bank of Kenya has scooped the Excellence in Customer Experience award during the Digibank Summit in Nairobi.
The event held at Sarit Centre saw the lender’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) director receive the award on the lender’s behalf from George Menjah of Consolidated bank Ghana.
“The customer is always the hero in our story. At Co-op Bank we are always committed to improve your experience with us. We were proudly awarded for our excellence in customer experience at the Digibank summit, Nairobi,” the lender stated.
