South African rapper Costa Titch dies while performing on stage
Iconic South African rapper and songwriter Costa Tsobanoglou famously known as Costa Titch is dead.
According to reports, the 27-year-old collapsed and died while performing at a music festival in Johannesburg.
Videos circulating online of the deceased performing on stage show the rapper collapsing twice.
He first collapsed and regained himself immediately and continued with his performance, after a few seconds, he collapsed again and showed no signs of movement.
Although reports indicate he died of seizure, the cause of his death is currently unknown.
Costa Titch is best known for his amapiano hits such as Nkalakaatha and Activate.
His successful collaboration with American singer Akon is also one of his major releases.
His death comes a month after SA rapper Kiernan Forbes alias AKA was shot dead in Durban.
