35 years old Stepfather from hell arrested for sodomising his stepson aged 12

Police in Kibwezi, Makueni County are holding a 35 years old stepfather from hell after he allegedly sodomised his 12 years old stepson.

Benjamin Kavindu Mwania, was arrested yesterday within Miangeni shopping centre, moments after the class seven boy studying at a local school reported his dad’s act.

He  is said to have committed the act after they had taken dinner.

“Narrating his ordeal to officers at Ulilinzi police post, the juvenile explained how the one man he believed was a loving dad treated him to a sumptuous dinner, before he turned against him,” read the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) report.

According to detectives, Kavindu compelled his stepson to share a bed with him where “he forced himself into the innocent boy against the order of nature”.

The suspect allegedly ordered the boy to shower immediately and warned him against telling anyone about the ordeal.

“Yesterday afternoon, the boy opened up to his mother who was away on the fateful night, who escorted his son to make a formal report with the police,” read the police report.

A manhunt for the savage step-dad was immediately launched, where he was trailed to Miangeni and nabbed.

Meanwhile, the boy was rushed to a local hospital for examination and treatment.

This incest incident against a minor came barely four days after a similar case was reported in the same area Kibwezi Sub-County, where a man defiled his 11-year-old daughter at a pathway along Mikuyuni Teachers area.

“Appropriate charges have since been preferred against the suspects in both incidents,” stated DCI.
