The Head of State remembered the late 2nd President of the Republic of Kenya as a steadfast, humble and patient statesman who mentored and raised many great leaders.
The President advised politicians angling for national leadership positions to emulate the late President Moi by exercising the virtues of restraint, patience and humility.
