Businessmen Joseph Njoroge Thuo and Morris Mbuchu Gikonyo were Tuesday arraigned at Milimani law courts where they were charged with conspiracy to defraud a total of Sh4.5 million from various land buyers by falsely pretending they were in position to sell them parcels of land in Country side Coffee Gardens located in Thika Kiambu while trading under the name Thuo Investment limited.

They were released on a cash bail of Sh50,000 each .
