Narok Governor Samuel Ole Tunai has joined other leaders in mourning former Internal CS Joseph Nkaisseri describing him as a diligent performer in Jubilee Government.
Tunai who was speaking in Narok county said it was sad day for the Maa community who have lost great leaders including the late William Ntimama Joseph Saitoti and John keen.
The governor further suspended all functions and called on Nation to give the late CS a deserving ceremony for a leader of his stature.
