A section of Royal Media Services employees are planning to hold a mother of all bashes to celebrate the firing of the ‘arrogant’ Human Resource Director Rose Wanjohi who has been the head of a cartel that has been looting millions of shillings from the SK Macharia-owned company every month.
The good news to Royal Media Services employees comes barely a week after MKN exposed the looting cartels at the company and how the HR department had turned dysfunctional and source of employees frustrations instead of motivation.
The thuggery that runs to the nerve centre of RMS top administration and that sees approximately Sh20 million being milked every month through ghost workers, has seen the staffs involved being taken to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to record statements.
On June, the much touted company had to foot employees salaries via its betting sister company Shabiki as the runaway stealing has left the company literally on its knees.
Wanjohi’s goose at the company was cooked and served hot when a junior HR Department identified to us as only Sheila spilled the beans occasioning to her immediate dismissal and possible prosecution in court.
Rose is said to have been very rude to employees whenever they requested for a salary increment telling them to resign and open their own companies if they saw they were earning less. After this she would rush to church where she would disguise herself as a holier than thou daughter of God sent on earth from heaven to save humanity.
