Nairobi lawyer robbed assorted house items by an escort girl in Nairobi’s Kahawa West area

A Nairobi lawyer is the latest victim call-girls robbery after a woman he picked at a club in Kahawa West, Nairobi, stole assorted electronics among other items all valued at Sh187,400 from his house.
The lawyer, name withheld lost an Apple Macbook laptop, Blackberry Smartphone, a leather briefcase, Oraimo Earpods, Anker USB adapter, a laptop bag pack, a gym gear and Adidas Sport shoes on May 14 after taking the woman to his house.
The lawyer was having drinks at a pub when he was joined by a strange woman at his table.
The two went on drinking until around 9pm when the city advocate decided to go home and the woman offered to escort him home and he agreed.
The two bought a last beer which they carried to take at the lawyer’s house. At the house, they took beer briefly before the advocate of the high court backed out and fell asleep.
He woke up hours later to find the woman had already left and the items were missing from his house and reported at Kahawa West police station.
The next day he met the woman entering a different club in Githurai 44 and quickly informed a police officer who arrested the suspect, Elizabeth Njoroge.
The suspect was charged with stealing contrary to section 268 (1) of the Penal Code as read with section 275 of the PC.
The accused person was charged with stealing the electronics belonging to the advocate on May 14 which she denied before Makadara Law Courts Principal Magistrate Renee Kitangwa.
Kitangwa released the suspect on a cash bail of Sh50, 000 and an alternative bond of Sh100, 000. The case will be mentioned on June 30 for a pretrial and setting of hearing dates.
