Police in Juja investigating macabre killing of a middle-aged lady in a suspected lovetriangle
Homicide detectives attached to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) based in Juja are probing macabre killing of a middle-aged lady whose body was found dumped adjacent to the General Service Unit Recce Squad facility in Ruiru.
The body was wrapped using a manila paper and then concealed in a black suitcase.
Police suspect she was killed elsewhere before her body was dumped there.
Preliminary police findings show her chest and both palms of her hands had some writings inscribed warning that “someone’s husband is poisonous” (“bwana ya mtu ni sumu.”).
“She had also been tied around the neck with a nylon rope. The body had a visible deep cut on the left breast,” read the police report.
The scene was processed by Thika police command and the body moved to City Mortuary awaiting positive identification and autopsy.
