Ten people died on Sunday in two separate accidents on the Kitui – Kibwezi Road and Narok-Bomet highway.
According to police reports, a matatu rolled several times at Mutomo area in Kitui County, leaving six dead and scores others injured.
Four other people – including a newborn baby — died and six were left nursing injuries after a matatu collided head-on with a landrover at Katakala area in Narok County.
