Co-operative Bank has announced more job openings as it seeks skilled professionals to join its team as part of efforts to deliver quality services to customers.

Among the vacancies announced in the latest advertisements are Digital and E-Channels Support Officer, Product Manager-Cash Management Sales, Executive Plus Centre Managers, Environment and Social Analyst, Direct Sales Representative and Business Development Officer.

The Executive Plus Centre Manager will be tasked to lead a high-performing team in delivering premium banking services to high-net-worth clients.

To qualify, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is an advantage). In addition, more than two years of sales and business development experience in premium or HNW banking; strong knowledge of wealth management products and financial advisory services and proven leadership in managing teams and driving revenue growth are required.

Key qualifications for the Product Manager – Cash Management Sales position are a customer-centric mindset with strong analytical abilities; strong communication, leadership, and people management skills; and detail-oriented with the ability to analyse complex data for effective decision-making.

The Digital and E-Channels Officer should be a skilled professional who will be tasked with supporting and managing Co-op Bank’s digital banking platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and system efficiency.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in an ICT related field & 2 years’ experience in a competitive Digital Channels and Payments environment. Experience on Linux and Unix based environment Competence in API based technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs is also required.
