Supreme Court nullifies Uhuru’s win

Supreme Court has nullified the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta in the August 8 election.

A six-judge bench on Friday found that the IEBC failed to conduct the polls according to the Constitution and Elections Act.

The Supreme Court has ordered the IEBC to conduct a fresh presidential election in conformity with the law in the next 60 days from the day of the ruling.
