As scores of people pray for peaceful elections, a man in Kakamega County is cursing his son for chopping off his hand following political differences.
Recuperating at St. Elizabeth Mukumu Hospital, the 60 year old man, Protus Mukaitsi, curses and wishes the son, Chrisantus Meja, bad-omen throughout his life.
Administering treatment at the hospital, a Senior Nurse Esther Anzaya assures the patient of recovery, notwithstanding that his hand was buried.
She also underscores the need to counsel the victim before he leaves the hospital to ensure recovery and reduce the compulsion to revenge.
