Police escorting Trump’s motorcade injured in crash

WASHINGTON

Three motorcycle policemen were injured Tuesday while escorting U.S. President Donald Trump’s motorcade in southern U.S. state Louisiana, the White House said.

“All three are being treated for injuries at a nearby hospital and are in stable condition,” according to a White House statement.

According to local reports, Trump’s vehicle was not involved in the accident.  (Xinhua)
