Police detectives stormed the controversial veteran Rift Valley
politician cum-businessman Jackson Kibor’s Ziwa home today and seized his
firearm before escorting him to the Eldoret police station to record
statement in connection with attempt to shoot his son.
Ezekiel Kibor, who escaped death by whisker after his father
attempted to shoot him was also at the station with his wife to record
statement in connection with the incident.
The officers, under the command of Eldoret West OCPD Samuel Mutunga,
arrived at Kibor’s home as he was supervising his workers who were
planting maize using a tractor.
The OCPD directed Kibor to his house where together with his officers
seized the firearm.
Kibor is a licensed gun holder.
