EACC Deputy CEO Michael Mubea on Thursday said they have a solid case against the Cereal Board bosses after a review by DPP Noordin Haji.
Those arrested in Eldoret over the scandal are expected to be transported to Nairobi for their arraignment.
They are former NCPB boss Newton Terer, Virginia Wamaitha, record officer Eric Talam, Peter Chirchir, David Bargetuny, and Paul Marus.
Agriculture PS Richard Lesiyampe, NCPB finance manager Cornel Kiprotich Ng’elechey are expected to be arraigned at 2pm over Sh6 billion maize scandal.
